INDIAN SALMON FISH
Freshwater fish is one of the preferred in the Indian subcontinent. Rich in taste with its sleek and clean white flesh which is covered with moderate flakes. Found in muddy shallow waters, Indian Salmon is rich in taste and can be soft to cook. To be cooked delicately as overcooking may spoil the fish and break it into pieces. Its soft texture has a special aroma which when added to Indian spices gives it its unique taste and own flavor.
